Every officer completes a site-specific induction before deployment, covering access control, emergency response, incident documentation, and site OH&S requirements. Construction security officers also hold a White Card. First Aid certification is standard across all teams.
Yes. All officers present in full uniform, monitored by supervisors. For clients requiring plain-clothes officers, we also offer covert security deployments.
Officers carry body-worn cameras, two-way radios connected to our 24/7 control centre, and NFC checkpoint scanning devices for verified patrol records. Mobile patrol vehicles are GPS-tracked. After every shift, clients receive a Daily Activity Report with photo timestamping and patrol confirmation.

Yes. Our control centre operates every day of the year, including public holidays. Alarm response, after-hours patrol, and emergency callouts are all managed from our Melbourne-based command centre.
Yes. Every deployment generates a Daily Activity Report (DAR) sent to your nominated contact after each shift. It includes patrol times, checkpoint confirmations, access logs, and any observations. Incidents generate a separate Incident Report with full details.
Our officers respond, document, and escalate. Minor incidents are managed on-site and recorded in full. For serious incidents, our 24/7 control centre is notified immediately, and emergency services are contacted if required. A written incident report is provided to the client within 24 hours.
